The work includes providing all labor, supervision, tools, material and equipment required to perform ground maintenance services at the Abandoned Barracks, Presidio of Monterey Annex, Monterey, California. The operations to be performed include mowing of unirrigated grass, forbs, and brush with tractor-mounted flail or rotary mowers, or with power rotary or string mowers; trimming; and debris removal. Mowers shall be set no higher than 2-1/2 inches. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 0782. This is a simplified small purchase requirement.
