The contractor will develop the course to cover such topics as regulatory issues, financing, scientific monitoring and controlling air emmissions, internal environmental management systems, pollution prevention and minimization. Other offerors that have the ability to provide the above service are invited to submit information as to their capablilites and any other pertinent data to the address above, to be received no later than 15 days after the date of this notice.
