R -- WORKGROUP OF NATIONAL ALLIANCE OF STATE AND TERRITORIAL AIDS DIRECTORS TO ENGAGE IN DIALOGUE WITH HRSA AIDS PROGRAM MANAGERS. SOL HRSA DUE 092396 POC Alexandra B. Garcia. The Health Resources and Services Administration requires services to convene a workgroup of the National Alliance of State and territorial AIDS Directors to engage in dialogue with HRSA AIDS program managers, to have monthly conference calls to discuss specific National policy issues, to prepare and disseminate reports of workgroup meetings to all State AIDS Directors, and to prepare a plan for producing and disseminating technical assistance materials. The Government intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis, in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, with the National Alliance of State and Territorial AIDS Directors (NASTAD) at 444 North Capitol Street, NW, Washington, DC 20001. The NASTAD is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is on file.
