Ryan, Phone (703)604-0757 The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to extend Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-94-G-0163 and to negotiate a batch of forty delivery orders with McDonnell Douglas Aerospace between 1 October 1996 and 30 September 1997. The orders will provide for engineering studies, equipment and computer program modification kits, repair of government owned equipment, repair of parts and assemblies, development of engineering products and their modification, and field service engineering associated with the Harpoon Shipboard Command and Launch Control System (HSCLCS), Harpoon Shipboard Aircraft Command and Launch Control (HACLCS), Encapsulated Harpoon Command and Launch Control System (EHCLCS), and other Harpoon Weapon System Launch system equipment for both U.S. Navy and FMS Customers. McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, P.O. Box 516, St. Louis, MO 63166-0516 is the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the Harpoon/SLAM Missile System and the Harpoon Launch Control System. Also, they are the only firm possessing the required knowledge, data, equipment, and facilities necessary to perform the effort in the required timeframe.
