The expanded service would include the contractual services APHIS employees are currently receiving plus consultation and referral service to help employees with issues related to wellness, finances, and consumer assistance. Interested firms responding to this synopsis will be furnished a draft of the anticipated statement of work (SOW) for the contract along with a market research questionnaire. Market research information will be used to determine the availability of commercial services, the extent in which subcontracting would be required, and general procurement planning.
