The Carderock Division of the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCCD) Proposes to produce the Litton Guidance and Control Systems, LN-200 Inertial Measurement Unit with Attitude, Heading Reference Sensor Software (AHRS). The Litton unit also has a ''free inetial mode'' which is critical for use with the radio controlled mode. Anticipated award date is 18 Sept 1996. Only one source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agencies requirement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This requirement is sole source procurement with the Litton Guidance and Control Systems. See Note 22. (0241)
