The National Guard of Kansas and Nebraska has a requirement for COST-PER-COPY copier services for units located throughout each State. It is estimated that the Kansas National Guard will require 114 copiers and Nebraska 29 copiers in cities all over the States initially and anticipates increases over the term of the contract. This procurement includes the furnishing of copiers, accessories (except paper), emergency repair services within 4 hours for machines within close proximity and within 24 hours for machines in remote areas, periodic preventative maintenance and key operating training. The requirement is defined in volume band 1A, 15 copies per minute (cpmn), (1 to 2,500) and 1B (2,501 to 5,000) per month; volume band II, 20 cpmn (5,001 to 15,000) copies per month; volume band III, 30 cpmn (15,000 - 30,000) copies per month; volume band IV, 45 cpmn (30,001 to 50,000). Copiers models offered must be current production manufactured as new or newly manufactured. This is a negotiated procurement, one award will be made in the aggregate covering all volume bands. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price, indefinite quantity, requirement type contract. The contract period will be for one year from date of award, with three (3) one year options.
