R -- SPONSORSHIP/DONATIONS FOR THE ENLISTED CLUB WINTER BINGO PROGRAM SOL SVS-SCS-83-96. Due 111596. POC Tracy Barbour, 907/552-5823, FAX 907-552/9250. We are soliciting in-kind donations or sponsorship for our Enlisted Club Bingo Program to be held through 31 Dec 96. We are looking for items suitable for major and minor prizes for players. We also would like items associated with gift certificates ranging from $5 to $500 and other prize type items. We would accept part or all of the items requested, depending upon the sponsor and what he can provide. The sponsor will be allowed to display banners and information at the event. Advertising in all areas on the base will be done. Representation from the sponsor for the event would be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation must be received not later than 15 Nov 1996. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated fund instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate appropriated funds of the Government. (233)
