Mary Jo Mattia, Contracting Officer, 301/415-7315, Elinor Cunningham, Procurement Specialist, 301/415-6580 The Contractor shall provide on-site maintenance (labor, parts, and consumable supplies) at a location in Bridgeport, New Jersey 08807 for one each of the following: IBM ThinkPad 760CD, Model No. 9546; Sony Trinitron Multiscan 15sf Monitor, Model No. CPD-15 SFI; Hewlett Packard 5P Printer, Model No. C3150A; and NEC Fax (461) Plain Paper, Model No. NEFAX 461, and shall keep the equipment in good operating condition. The Contractor shall respond to service calls and arrive at the location within two hours and provide maintenance repair services (problem diagnostics and corrective measures) necessary to return equipment to fully operational state within four hours of the initial call or replace the item with hot spare replacement equipment to be purchased and held by the contractor for such replacement. The maintenance agreement shall include all parts, labor, consumables and travel costs required to provide the on-call services 24 hours per day 7 days per week, 365 days per year. The period of performance shall be for one year. The NRC intends to award this requirement under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures as a requirements type purchase order. Upon request of the RFQ, the Statement of Work will be furnished at that time. Interested vendors should submit written or facsimile requests to the NRC at the address as shown above.
