The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to solicit on an unrestricted basis for liquid oxygen in accordance with Military Specification MIL-O-27210F dated 1 Aug 1990 for the Naval Submarine Support Facility New London, Groton, CT. An estimated annual quantity of 700,000 cubic feet of liquid oxygen will be required. The contractor will be required to certify that oxygen is in accordance with MIL-O-27210F, deliver and pump liquid oxygen through a vaporizer into an oxygen trailer in a gaseous state, and provide all hoses and fittings necessary for delivery and pumping. A requirements contract is anticipated for a base period with two option periods of one year each. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification number is 2813.
