The U.S. Department of Energy intends to award a sole source (FAR 6.302-1) contract to the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC), 1102 Interstate Commerce Commission Building, Constitution and 12th Streets, N.W., Washington, DC 20044, to provide assistance to foreign entities regarding industry restructuring and regulatory reform. This information will be disseminated to countries represented in the Summit of the Americas via an internet bulletin board administered by NARUC. The information to be placed on the internet is intended to be fully interactive - providing direct data on the key issues that countries are facing.
