The value-added reseller (VAR) shall have, as a minimum, 4 years experience with the Government, Public Buildings Service (PBS); preferred Document Management software. The experience should cover installation of the product, analyses of client needs, implementation of turn-key systems, support and customization services. VAR shall provide proof of this experience as well as references of similar projects accomplished in the last 3 years.
