Stringer, Contract Specialist 817-771-4568 Provide for the pick-up, refill, hydrostatic testing, valve replacement (as needed) and delivery of government owned medical gas cylinders. Consists of oxygen H, D, and E, Nitrous Oxide H, Nitrogen H, Medical Grade Carbon Dioxide E, and Industrial Grade (99.9 percent pure) CO 2 size cylinders. Cylinders will be picked up and delivered on Tuesdays and Fridays. That is, all cylinders picked up on Tuesday shall be delivered on Friday; all cylinders picked up on Friday, shall be delivered on Tuesday. Pick-up and delivery times shall be between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M. Tuesday and Friday, excluding federal holidays. Emergency deliveries shall be made within 30 minutes after notification. Prospective bidders must be capable of responding to requests for emergency service/delivery within 30 minutes or less. There will be no exception to this requirement. The geographic area is confined to firms located within a 35 mile radius of Temple,Texas who can meet the 30 minute response time. (0234)
