The Government intends to procure the following under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures; services and necessary staff equipment for a mobil preschool program on Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, Ca. for a period of one year from date of award of contract, to run concurrent with the local school year. Program description; the program shall be mobile, meaning it shall consist of a portable early childhood education environment transported by vans with one staff person for each van. A total of three (3) vans shall be required. Vans, staff and all necessary materials are to be supplied by the Contractor. The program shall consist of four (4) nine-week sessions which shall be performed during the local school year. The staff shall take the portable environment into a neighborhood, demonstrating the use of toys and materials, model teaching behaviors to the parents, then help parents organize themselves to continue the groups using their own resources.
