The Bi-State Development Agency of the Missouri-Illinois Metropolitan Area (Agency) is hereby requesting bids for Phase I Construction of the Wellston Livable Communities Project. The project consists of site renovations and improvements at the Wellston Station parking lot and MetroLink Station of the Bi-State Development Agency. The work consists of the partial demolition of existing asphalt paving and the installation of new site improvements, including paving, site furnishings, landscaping and other amenities. Adjacent existing areas at the site are to remain fully operational without interruption throughout the project. The Work also includes selected demolition, earthwork, landscaping, asphalt paving, cast-in-pace concrete curbs and footings, site furnishings, steel framing, painting and a lawn irrigation system (alternate bid).
