The Department of the Navy seeks to enter into a lease agreement for office, classroom and drill hall space in a range of from 24,000 to 30,000 square feet. The facility is required to have parking spaces for approximately 200 vehicles. LOCATION. The facility shall be located within the boundaries of the City of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, or Cambria County. This notice is meant to explore the availability of existing facilities within the area described above. The Navy intends to issue the RFP in late August 1996.
