The National Naval Medical Center has consolidated routine clinical laboratory tests services from three outlying sites in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This consolidation requires a courier service to pick up specimens and transport them back to NNMC Bethesda on a daily basis. This courier service will be responsible for the consistent and reliable system of transportation for same day pickup and delivery of specimens on a routine daily basis.
