Notice is given hereby that Adams & Associates, Inc., on behalf of the U.S. Department of Labor, will accept bids for Project Number WK96-011, Provide Culinary Arts Training, at the Woodland Job Corps Center at 3300 Fort Meade Road, Laurel, Maryland 20724. This work will be accomplished in accordance with the guidelines set forth in the Job Corps Policy and Requirements Handbook. In general, the contractor will be required to provide Woodland Job Corps students with Culinary Arts Training and basic education sufficient to allow the students to be competitive for unsubsidized employment in areas described on the Job Corps ``Training: Achievement Records'' for Cooks, Chefs, and Prep Cooks. A course curriculum can be obtained by contacting Mr. Sean Scope at the Center, Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Sealed bids will be received at the Woodland Job Corps Center until 3:00 p.m. on August 2, 1996. A pre-bid meeting and walk through will be held at the Woodland Job Corps Center for interested contractors on July 26, 1996 at 10:00 a.m. All contractors interested in bidding on this job MUST attend. Adams & Associates reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive formalities and select the bidder deemed most responsible. The funding for this project is from the Federal Government Department of Labor which approved these funds for use by the Woodland Job Corps Center.
