Hayden, Phone 717-228-5939, FAX 717-228-5936, Additional contact Ruthann Flentge, 717-228-5938 Contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, tools and any other items necessary to provide the following: Preparation of the entire metal structure and tank for internal and exterior painting, painting of the extorior and interior of the water tank and support structure, repairs to the tower and tank to include repair of seams, cathodic protection system, aviation lighting, ladders and leg guards, leg foundations, and installation of OSHA approved ladder safety climbing devices. Location will be at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Lebanon, PA 17042-7597. Project No. 595-98-131. The project is subject to the availability of funds. Cost Range: $25,000 to $100,000. Completion Time is 90 days. specification will be available on/or about July 23, 1996 and must be requested in writing with a $50.00 refundable deposit in the form of a money order or check made payable to VA Medical Center. Solicitation document are limited to 25 copies and will be issued to the first 25 contractors requesting document with the deposit.
