Z -- RESURFACING OF SECONDARY ROADWAYS SOL R8-36-96-09. Due 080996. Contact Homer R Gabard, Contract Specialist, 803/725-0239. Solicitation is for resurfacing of secondary roads on the Department of Energy's Savannah River Site near Aiken SC. Work will consist of preparing various roads on the SRS by removing all potholes, ruts, corrugations, berms or other irregularities in the running surface. A layer of compacted in-place crusher-run aggregate in various depths will then be placed over the width of the road. An approximate total of 10 to 16 miles of resurfacing of single and double lane roads will be required. SRS is a restricted access Government facility and all persons entering SRS must be US citizens. (177)
