This solicitation is to remove 1300 granite pavers, repair and reset edging as necessary, evaluate existing concrete pad and repair as necessary, upgrade drainage system as necessary, install new setting bed and granite pavers (salvaged and new) in the original configuration over the entire plaza. 500 new pavers will be provided by the Government. Location of work is General Grant National Memorial, Riverside Drive, New York, NY. The estimated construction range is between $100,000 and $250,000.
