Z -- INSTALL RESILIENT FLOOR TILE, BLDG. 7 SOL IFB 556-17-96 DUE 082296 POC Contracting Officer, Pamela Smith, (847) 578-3722 Contractor shall furnish all necessary material, equipment, tools, supplies, labor, services and supervision to install resilient floor tile in Bldg. 7, at the Dept. of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, North Chicago, IL. Work includes but is not limited to leveling the subfloor, and provide and install new resilient floor tile, 6 inch high vinyl base and 12 inch borders as specified. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The completion time for this project is 30 calendar days, after receipt of notice to proceed. A bid guarantee is required in an amount, not less than 20% of the bid price. This is a unrestricted procurement available to all responsible sources. A site visit is scheduled for 8/09/96 at 10:00am local time, and all bidders are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed.
