The work includes replacement of plumbing, piping, drywall, metal studs, finish ceiling, lighting fixtures, receptacles, wall and floor tile, and incidental related work in Buildings 2001 and 2002, each building with 108 bathrooms and 2 public toilets. The work also includes painting in these areas. The public toilets on the first floor will be made handicapped accessible. Construction will be phased and the building will be occupied during construction. Asbestos containing material in the work area will be removed.
