Work includes, but is not limited to providing scaffolding and/or hydraulic lift on the building exterior to accomplish work, removing all steel lintels and flashing for all doors and windows and install new steel lintels and flashings, tuckpoint, chemically clean, and waterproof all masonry and stonework, and caulk around all window and door frames. Estimated cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The completion time for this project is 60 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. A bid guarantee is required in an amount, not less than 20% of the bid price. This is a unrestricted procurement available to all responsible sources.
