The project consists of furnishing all construction including materials, labor, and equipment to provide a 2,400 SF pre-engineered metal building on concrete slab on grade with turned down footings. The building exterior will consist of pre-finished standing seam metal roofing (@ 3:12 slope) and pre-finished metal siding, metal gutters and downsprouts with an eave height of 20'-0''. Interior finishes consist of pre-finished metal liner panels to 8'-0'' above finish floor, exposed vinyl faced insulation above the liner panels and an epoxy painted concrete floor. Provide underground ''French drain'' system around perimeter of the new parking area. Work also consist of providing a new concrete curbing and asphalt paving as will be indicated on the drawings. Provide loam and seeding for new areas and disturbed as indicated. Provide underground ''French drain'' system around perimeter of the new parking area. The estimated cost of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The contract performance period is 180 days after Notice to Proceed.
