Work shall include Provision of all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and any other items necessary to reconfigure kitchens, including but not limited to, demolition, suspended ceiling, plumbing fixtures, plumbing connections, gas piping, HVAC ductwork, sprinklers, and electrical work. Electrical work will include conduit up to 5'', panel boards, switches, wiring and devices. Project o.595-96-161. This project is subject to the availability of funds. Cost Range: $100,000 to $250,000. Completion time is 180 days. Plans and specification will be available on/or about July 16, 1996 and must be requested in writing with a $50.00 refundable deposit in the form of a check or money order made payable to VA Medical Center.
