Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to paint exterior of Bldg. 700 at Charleston AFB, SC. Work includes, but is not limited the following major items of work. Tighten all loose screws securing the siding or any downspouts or other accessories. Replace any missing fasteners. New fasteners shall match existing surfaces. Sandblast designated existing metal panel walls to remove paint down to near white metal. Spotblast or wirebrush any other metal panel surfaces containing loose, chipped, or cracked paint. Pressure wash other existing metal, concrete, or concrete block surfaces. Prepare and paint all interior and exterior surfaces of aircraft doors, personnel doors, and door frames. ''AIR MOBILITY DOES NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT AUTHORITY TO FUND THIS PROJECT NOW; HOWEVER, WE EXPECT TO FUND THIS THE PROJECT WITH FY96 FUNDS.
