Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and equipment to perform all operations in connection with the work to Replace Atlas Booster Laydown Area, Project XUMU 96-0228A, at Vandenberg Air Force Base, California. The work is briefly described as follows: (1) Asphalt concrete overlay of a portion of the parking lot at Building 7525; (2) Asphalt concrete reconstruction; (3) Portland cement concrete reconstruction; (4) Temporary relocation and replacement of existing storage tanks; (5) Re-striping of the parking lot, including new handicap parking spaces; and (6) Construction of handicap signs. Standard Industrial Classification is 1611. Parking lot size is approximately 32,550 square yards. The estimated magnitude of construction cost for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The total contract performance period is 90 calendar days.
