Bauman, Jr. (301) 619-7264 (Site Code DAMD17) Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor and materials for replacement of underground steam supply and condensate return piping in accordance with Government specifications and drawings. The replacement shall include but not be limited to remove steam piping and condensate piping, removal of demolition materials, miscellaneous cutting, patching and repairs to existing building finishes. Excavation, backfill and compacting as necessary for installation of new piping, regrade disturbed areas to original contours and reseed/sod as specified. Replacement of steam and condensate piping will also require cutting trenches in the asphalt street and repaving as well as traffic control during this process. Solicitation number DAMD17-96-B-0018 will be available on or about August 9, 1996 and opening on or about September 9, 1996. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered. However, solicitation packages are limited to 40 on a first come, first served basis. The estimated price range of this procurement is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
