Z -- BALANCE CHILLED WATER SYS B/3001 SOL F34650-96-B-0048 DUE 081996 POC For copy, Robert Freeman/Pkoec/(405)739-4182, For additional information contact Robert Freeman/Pkoec/(405)739-4182 Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, plant, material, parts, transportation, and incidentals nessary to: Modify existing chilled water and condenser water systems serving the B/3001 central plant including conversion to primary-secondary chilled water pumping, installation of new chilled water metering, modification of air handling unit controls, installation of new variable freguency drives, cconstruction of new electrical equipment byilding, replacement of cooling tower basin isolation valves, and all other work necessary to make complete and functional systems in accordance with the contract documents. Work requirements consist of: Mechanical: 70%. Electrical: 30%. Magnitude of Construction = $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. Completion time = 410 Calendar days. This aquisition is unrestricted. The approximate issue/response date will be 19 Jul 96. No telephone requests. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable.
