Specific tasks include site demolition, excavation, grading, reinforced concrete pavement, and incidental related work complete and ready for use.--The estimated cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. -- Firm Fixed Price Contract. -- Contract duration is approximately 150 calendar days. -- This proposed contract will be unrestricted.--The Standard Industrial Code is 1611 and the annual size standard is $17 million. It is recommended the subcontracting goals reflect a minimum goal of 5% for Small Disadvantaged Business Subcontracting effort.
