Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials (excluding Government Furnished Material), equipment and transportation required to accomplish work for installing, replacing or removing of Aid-To-Navigation (ATON) Structures in the San Francisco/San Pablo/Suisun Bays, and Sacramento and San Joaquin Rivers including Deep Water Ship Channels. A geodetic survey (minimum acuracy level of third order, class I) shall be performed and a report shall be submitted for each ATON Structure installed, when required by the Delivery Order. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance period is one year from 1 October 1996 to 30 September 1997 plus two option years. This procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration program and isopen to large and small business participation.
