PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and incidental related work necessary to provide an exhaust stack, system air balancing, and a wet pipe fire protection and alarm system for an existing paint spray booth, and extension of two exhaust stacks from existing washers and system air balancing in building 431 at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton WA. The proposed procurement will result in the award of a firm-fixed price lump sum contract. During the performance of this work, asbestos, hazardous waste, or pollution abatement may be encountered. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 01 August 1996 at no charge until supplies are exhausted. The estimated Bid Opening Date is approximately 03 Sept 1996. Performance time is 90 calendar days. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1799. The related Small Business Size Standard is $7 million.
