The work includes site demolition, reconstruction of concrete slabs, sanitary line relocation, construction of a wood pile supported pre-engineered metal building addition to the existing boat maintenance facility (BMF) and repainting of the existing portion of the BMF which encompasses 2700 sq.ft. of floor space. The new addition encompasses 1650 sq.ft. on the ground floor and a 750 sq.ft. concrete floor mezzanine. The cost of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. SIC code is 1542.
