Contractor to provide all labor, equipment and materials necessary to install a complete fire sprinkler system at the United States Penitentiary, Terre Haute, Indiana. This system shall cover the entire main institution and accompanying UNICOR buildings, approximately 355,000 sq ft as well as the Farm Camp and several out buildings. The work shall include the installation of a new fire main to the Farm Camp, modifications to the water distribution system, replacement of several hydrants and modifications to the existing alarm system. IFB 138-0168 will be issued approximately July 31, 1996, closing approximately September 4, 1996. Estimated cost for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. All responsible sources may submit a bid package which will be considered.
