The Contractor shall furnish and install one (1) pre- fabricated guard booth at the NRC Headquarters (HQ) in Rockville, MD. The booth shall include electrical panels with breakers, electrical receptacles, light fixtures, counters, door, windows, and HVAC. The contractor shall also provide and install all necessary wiring for the booth and traffic arms, a concrete slab for the guard booth foundation, traffic barrier arms, and parking bollards. The required completion time is 60 days. A site visit is planned to be held at the NRC HQ installation site approximately ten days after the RFQ is released. This effort is estimated to cost between $25,000 and $100,000. This proposed procurement is under a 100 percent small business set aside. The size standard for this solicitation is average annual receipts of $17 million over the past three years, as set forth by SBA for Standard Industrial Classification code 1542.
