Upgrade existing switches, power supplies, and exhaust systems as required. Repair/replace conduit lines from Main Control Switch and replace with new wires, conduits, fittings, etc., as required. Repair existing grounding system per NEC 1996 and install new system as required. Special Requirement - Contractor shall calculate load analysis on existing generator at Building 7164 which shall be required to evaluate the power load to be handled by new generator. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1796. Small business size standard is average annual receipts of a concern and all affiliates over the preceding three fiscal years cannot exceed $7 million. Period of performance for completion of the project is ninety (90) calendar days. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is unrestricted. Estimated range of the project is $250,000 to $500,000. Award of the contract is subject to availability of funds.
