Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to replace existing roofing with new EPDM, paint the steel door frame, and sample and test existing painted surface of the Boat Maintenance Facility steel door frame for lead content. Unit bid items will be to patch spalled concrete surfaces, and removal and disposal of paint on the steel door frame as lead-contraining paid. Work to be performed at U. S. Coast Guard Group Cape Hatteras, Buxton, NC. This procurement is estimated between $25K and $100K and is open to large and small businesses under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The applicable SIC code is 1721. Bid opening is on/or about 29 August 1996. Completion time is 90 DANTP. Solicitation will be issued in mid-July. The bid opening is an approximate date only. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS.
