Work involves architectural, mechanical and electrical renovations and modifications to the bath house (Bldg 1539) and swimming pool (Bldg 1540) at Laurel Bay and bathhouse (Bldg 888) and includes providing of a new overflow insert and graging for perimeter gutter system, new pump, filter media, piping valves, replacement of water heater and plumbing fixtures trim, replacement of lighting and wiring devices and providing of handicap access. Work involved with the swimming pool pump room (Bldg 610) at combat pool at the Marine Corps Air Station includes replacement of pumps, plumbing fixtures, lighting, electrical service equipment and devices, toilet accessories, providing of handicap access and miscellaneous exterior repairs and landscaping. The estimated range of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Pursuant to PL 100-656, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, this solicitation is classified as unrestricted.
