Work includes construction of 76' x 20' reinforced concrete wharf supported by 12 concrete filled steel piles and 152 LF of concrete pile cap, installation of electrical shoretie, water shoretie, telephone shoretie conduit, enlargement of existing parking area by approximately 315 SY with new asphalt paving, resurfacing 1225 SY of existing asphalt parking area, and installation of approximately 900 SF of new concrete sidewalks.
