An alternate item includes construction of an electronic message center capable of remote control and programing and incidental related work. The S.I.C. Code is 1542, ''General Contractors - Nonresidential Buildings, Other Than Industrial Buildings and Warehouses''. Estimated Cost is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
