Williams, Purchasing Specialist, 901/747-7655 The project consists of furnishing manpower, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to design and construct a one story addition of approximately 50,000 square feet to the west side of the existing building at the Lancaster, Pennsylvania Processing & Distribution Center (P&DC). The contractor shall be responsible for the design and construction of the P&DC Expansion project, consisting of 15 new docks. Also included is associated site work and utilities, relocation of the Computerized Forwarding System (CFS) room, buildings and ground's room, and support spaces. The Look Out Gallery (LOG) will be extended, in accordance with Postal plans and specifications. The issue date for the above project is June 26, 1996. The return date for the above project is August 1, 1996. The performance time is 210 days. The estimated Cost Range is $3,000,000. to $4,000,000. A Pre proposal Conference is scheduled for July 17, 1996, at 10:00 A.M. at the Processing & Distribution Center, 1400 Harrisburg Pike, Lancaster, Pennsylvania 17604-9992, in Conference Room No. C-11.
