Engineering Services provide for general system support and allow for quick responses to software and hardware changes, preparation of Engineering Change Proposals, producibility, reliability, quality, maintainability, nonrepetitive investigation, inspections, analysis and logistics support necessary for improving, fielding and maintaining the JAVELIN Weapon System. The JAVELIN Joint Venture Team; Texas Instruments and Martin Marietta, is the only source with the necessary knowledge and expertise to perform the engineering services as required. See Note 22.
