These services shall encompass support for the AC-130H/U Gunships, MC-130E Combat Talon I, MC-130H Combat Talon II, HC-130P/N, C-141B SOLL II, MH-53J Pave Low, MH/HH-60G Pave Hawk, UH-1N Iroquois, HH-1H Huey, HH-3E Jolly Green Giant, and the CV-22 Osprey, and their associated avionics and support equipment. From this RFP, the Government plans to make multiple awards using Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contracts with a basic contract period of 12 months and 4 annual options. One-third of this requirement is unrestricted and thwo-thirds is reserved for small business (SIC 8711). The only US contractors who may participate are those that are certified and registered with DLSC (1-800-352-3572) and have a legitimate business purpose. US contractors must submit a copy of their current, approved DD Form 2345 with their request for solicitation.
