FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire supply operation services for the Custody Asset Division FISC Cheatham Annex. This proposed procurement is for a period beginning 1 October 1996 through 30 September 1997 plus two (2) one-year options. The required services include, but are not limited to, receiving, storing, preserving, issuing, preparing for pick-up delivery, handling, processing, managing inventories, and processing issues and receipts of Government owned material at the FISC Cheatham Annex in Williamsburg, VA. Operation will be required in facilities located at this location. Offerors will be required to submit their proposals in two separate parts -Part I -Technical Proposal and Part II -Price. The technical proposal shall include information demonstrating the offeror's qualifications and consist of Personnel and Past Performance as evaluation factors. This proposed procurement will be conducted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with an applicable SIC code of 8744, which carries a small business size of $5,000,000. The Government intends to award an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract to the technically acceptable, low priced responsible offeror.
