Nonpersonal services for system furniture maintenance located in the Acquisition Management Complex (AMC), Area B, Wright-Patterson AFB OH. Base year requirement is for AMC complex I (bldg 557), AMC complex IIB (bldg 558) and AMC complex 11A (bldg 559/560). Option year requirements same as above, plus AMC complex III (bldg 556). This proposed procurement is under a 100 percent small business set aside, the size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates, having average annual sales or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $5,000,000.
