FISC Norfolk Det Philadelphia intends to procure education services for the Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES) located in Pensacola, FL. This proposed action involves general operational maintenance activities of the DANTES Subject Standardized Test Program (DSST), Civilian Testing for Federal Employees and Adult Military Family Members, for a quantity of 3,000 exams, development of Alternate Tests. Educational Testing Servie (ETS) of Princeton, NJ is the incumbent contractor and is the only contractor able to meet the Government's requirement. This contract shall be for the period 1 Oct 96 through 30 Sep 97. The applicable SIC for this procurement action is U009. All responsible sources may submit concise documentation as to their ability to supply the required services necessary at DANTES as well as financial and technical information whiuch shall be considered by FISC Norfolk Det Philadelphia. If no affirmative written responses advantageous to the Navy are received within fifteen (15) calendar days after publication of this notice, a request for quotation will be issued to Educational Testing Servie (ETS) of Princeton, NJ. Note, no contract award will be made on the basis of information received to this notice. Further, the Navy will not pay for any information provided.
