R -- POLICY ANALYSIS, PROGRAM ASSESSMENTS, EVALUATION, DATA ANALYSIS SOL RFP-29-96-HHS-OS POC Gaynel Abadie, 202-690-7506/Cheryl Howe, 202-690-5552 The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is conducting this competition for the award of task order contracts to cover the following five subject areas: science and technology; health infrastructure and care delivery and health care for special populations; health and human services data policy, national database analysis, data base construction, and technical assistance; analysis of state and local administrative data; and disability-related data analysis. The government reserves the right to select a single offeror, or more than one offeror for each of the five subject areas. The types of task orders which a contractor may be asked to perform under these contracts are as follows: policy or program assessments; evaluation feasibility and/or design studies; evaluation syntheses; data analytic studies. Issuance of solicitation will be approximately 15 days from CBD publishing this notice. The basic period of performance is 12 months with four 12 month options.
