14 -- TOMAHAWK COMMAND AND CONTROL SYSTEMS (TC2S) SOL N00019-96-C-0076 POC Contact, Jim Myers, Phone (703)604-0757 The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate a sole source modification to Contract No. N00019-96-C-0076 to add CY '97/'98 Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity option items for an estimated total value of $40 million. This contract will allow for the award of task orders for technical engineering services to perform analysis, modification, test, and integration support of TOMAHAWK Command and Control Systems (TC2S), including Mission/Tactical Data Distribution System (M/TDDS), Mission Display System (MDS), Generic Front-End Communications Processor (GFCP), Tactical Configuration Control Network (TCCN), and Advanced Tactical Workstations (ATWs). This effort will also include tasks in the areas of Joint-Over-The-Horizon (OTH) Targeting, USN OTH-Targeting, and TOMAHAWK Command and Control Systems (TC2S). This requirement will be procured through a modification to Contract No. N00019-96-C-0076 with Texas Instruments Advanced C3I Systems (TI), 1290 Parkmoor Avenue, San Jose, California, 95126. TI is the designer, developer, and sole producer of the TOMAHAWK Command and Control Systems (TC2S). As such, TI is the only source possessing the unique knowledge, experience, and technical data which is required to perform the described effort in the required time frame.
