The principle features of work for project NKAK 91-1011 includes, but is not limited to: (a) New phone, electrical, fire alarm, mechanical and sprinkler systems; (b) Partial demolition of existing building/grounds area; (c) New package chiller and boiler units and fan coil units with all piping; (d) General construction; (e) Exterior lighting; and (f) Replace cable TV and outlets.
